Scenario:

  • The landlord made contact with us after having a period of missed rent payments, non-response from managing agent and was concerned that no inspections had been carried out for a period of time.

  • He was an overseas landlord who relied on his agent to look after the property and ensure rent was received on time.

  • It transpired that the agent was not operating professionally and the property was being used as an illegal cannabis farm for a long period of time.

Landlord approaches Prime Living as he his property had been used as commercial weed farm. This is how it was found after police had been. We then took over management from the shady agent, handled the refurbishment and found excellent tenants moving forwards.
