What is the landlord responsible for?
Once tenants are moved in, the Let Only service means Prime Living hand the reins back over to the landlord. Then, the landlord manages their financial affairs, maintenance, and rent arrears.
If you need further help, our experienced Property Management team offer a Property Management service that acts as the main point of contact for the tenant and covers all aspects of the tenancy, removing any stress from the landlord.
