Please submit the maintenance issue using the form below. We will then look to get it resolved. If it is an emergency, please call the number on your house notice board or contact details provided with your Welcome / Introduction Email at the start of tenancy.

Please note maintenance requests made on the weekend (from Friday 5pm onwards) will not be reviewed until the next working day. If there a genuine emergency (e.g. uncontrollable leak, risk to health), please contact the emergency number as sent to you Welcome / Introduction Email sent at the start of tenancy and the emergency services if relevant. If not a genuine emergency, the team will review the issue on the next working day.
